Subject: Quick question about HMO
Hi [Client's name], I hope you're doing well. I wanted to ask about the possibility of getting HMO health coverage through my work with you. There's a company called MyVA that sets this up for U.S. clients like you. They take care of everything, you would just sign up and cover the monthly cost. It would really help me and my family have peace of mind. If it's okay, can I send you their website so you can take a look? No pressure at all, and thank you for considering it. Salamat po, [Your name]

Or just send them here

You don't need the perfect words. Send your client to our website, it explains everything and they can sign up right there.

Questions your client might ask

If your client wants to know more, here's what you can tell them.

"Is it a lot of work to set up?"

No. You don't need to set up a company or entity, and there's no payroll or paperwork. MyVA handles everything, you just need to be based in the U.S. and sign up.

"How do I know it's legitimate?"

The HMO is provided through PhilCare, one of the largest health providers in the Philippines. You can see everything on MyVA's website and reach their team directly with any questions.

"What if something changes later?"

The plan is month-to-month, so you're free to make changes or stop if your situation ever changes. It's flexible by design.

That's really all there is to it.
